¿Por qué es importante personalizar el plan nutricional? - Metodo Eisi

Why is it important to personalize the nutritional plan?

Each organism is different. And yes, while we may physically resemble each other a lot and most of us have two eyes, two arms, two legs, two lungs, one brain, one nose, one stomach, etc., none of us has exactly the same gut microbiota, and this is what truly makes us different. There are other factors that also influence our individuality, such as the genes we inherit, the environment around us, and everything we have experienced throughout our lives, starting from the moment of our conception.

This is why a diet must be personalized. MEISI, more than a diet, is a nutritional strategy in which the order in which foods are introduced and how they are combined is consciously planned, with the goal of not feeding the parasites that make us sick, while simultaneously strengthening the beneficial gut microbiota and eliminating accumulated toxins.

In my practice, I've seen how some people had no idea they were sensitive to oxalic acid until, by following the method, they realized that beets caused them a sore throat when this had never happened to them before.

The same applies to people who consume lactose-free dairy; once they follow the personalized methodology, they can add it to their diet without any problems or side effects. However, the combination of factors can be infinite. There may be a person who doesn't tolerate fat but is lactose intolerant, while another may have fungal infections (like Candida) and at the same time be sensitive to oxalic acid but not to fat. It is also not the same dietary combination required for a 3-year-old child with autistic traits as it is for an adult with arthritis. ANY NUTRITIONAL PLAN MUST BE PERSONALIZED.

In the MEISI book, you will find the theory that supports the methodology to restore the balance of the gut microbiota, and in the Transformative Cooking recipe book, you will find the guide to put it into practice. The recipe book is structured to follow the blocks recommended by this method.
