www.metodoeisi.com does not guarantee the immediate availability of products, therefore the offer of products through the website is subject to availability.

The products may undergo variations in their characteristics and particularities, among others, without prior notice.

Prices, rates, and promotions

The sale prices of the products are indicated in Mexican Pesos (MXN). These prices are valid at the time of purchase. The prices published on the website do not include shipping costs unless it is specified in the product description that shipping is included or free.

The purchase of products and subscription registration must be made through the site www.metodoeisi.com by following the steps indicated on the site.

All our sales are cash, final, and NO returns are accepted, except in cases expressly provided for in the Returns and Cancellations section of this document.

The procedure for purchasing regular products via the website will be governed as follows:

  • Validation: Any product purchase request will remain pending until the payment method selected by the customer confirms that it is a valid and reliable transaction.   • Confirmation: The user must receive an email to confirm the purchase of products. www.metodoeisi.com , under no reason, cause, or circumstance, will be responsible for inaccurate, incorrect, or false information provided by the user, including, without limitation, errors in email address, addresses, phone numbers, contact details, and recipients.
  • Proof of purchase: The user will be solely responsible for keeping sufficient and necessary documentary or electronic proof to verify the transaction.
  • Right of Cancellation: www.metodoeisi.com reserves the right to cancel orders placed by users with whom there is already a conflict regarding the payment of a previous order or where there is suspicion of any irregularity.

Shipping Policies

The delivery service for products is available only within Mexican territory. Product deliveries are carried out through a logistics operator independent of www.metodoeisi.com , to any location within the country, covering all postal codes in Mexico. The logistics operator chosen by www.metodoeisi.com will be selected at the convenience of www.metodoeisi.com and the buyer, aiming to provide the shipping service with the best balance between service quality and price.

For the user's convenience, packages can be tracked through the courier company's website using the tracking number provided to the buyer via email or WhatsApp. The following details will apply to the shipping of the products:

Within the next business day after the purchase, www.metodoeisi.com will prepare the user's order and coordinate its delivery with the courier service, which, in turn, will aim to deliver the products within 7 (seven) business days from the day it receives the instruction from www.metodoeisi.com . Packages are prepared and will be shipped directly from www.metodoeisi.com 's warehouse in Puebla, Mexico.

Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the user. It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide accurate and correct information to ensure the delivery of the products, including complete information (including area code) in case the user needs to be contacted by phone. If FedEx and/or www.metodoeisi.com are unable to contact the user for any eventuality, the order will be canceled, eliminating any possibility of claims by the user.

In the event that an incorrect delivery address was provided and it is later corrected, additional charges may apply for deliveries (or delivery attempts) to the correct address, with the user accepting these additional services at their sole cost and expense.

The shipping cost varies depending on the weight, volume, and delivery address. In cases where shipping is not included in the price shown on the website, a shipping quote will be provided, which must be approved and paid by the buyer before the shipment is made. If the address provided by the user is outside the areas covered by the courier (remote or hard-to-reach towns), an additional fee will be charged. The user accepts these charges upon agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Sales Policies, as established herein.

If the selected courier service does not have delivery coverage for the user’s address, the same courier service will assign a nearby office to the recipient's address. www.metodoeisi.com will not be responsible for any extra charges resulting from the user’s use of this option.

The user must present the sufficient and necessary documents to verify their identity for the delivery of the products, such as an official ID and proof of the transaction through which the product was purchased, among others.

www.metodoeisi.com and the designated courier company will not be responsible for any interruption or delay in the delivery of products to the user due to causes beyond their control, including, without limitation, events of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

The user (or recipient) of the products will be solely responsible for verifying that the products arrive at their destination without damage and/or deterioration.

The user hereby accepts and acknowledges the signature of the recipients or of persons present at their address at the time of delivery as sufficient proof of delivery of the products.

Payment Methods

Products and subscriptions can be purchased through the following payment gateways:

In cases of fraud or unrecognized charges, and, in general, any contingencies or eventualities related to transactions, the user must contact their bank directly. However, www.metodoeisi.com will make its best efforts to assist and support the user in clarifying any transaction.

Privacy and Security in the Payment Process: The data you provide to make your purchase (name, email, shipping address) is processed under the legal basis of contract execution, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. www.metodoeisi.com does not store banking or credit card data; this information is processed securely and encrypted directly by the mentioned payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, or Mercado Pago), each with its own security standards and regulatory compliance.

Billing

If you require an invoice for your purchase, you must contact via WhatsApp at +52 2223371415 to provide the information including order number, Company Name, Tax ID (RFC), fiscal address, type of expense, and the email address where the invoice will be sent. Invoices are only issued in the month the purchase was made. Invoices for previous months are not issued due to fiscal logistics reasons.

Changes and Cancellations

www.metodoeisi.com does not accept product exchanges, cancellations, or purchase returns. The user must contact www.metodoeisi.com within 5 (five) calendar days following the delivery of the products and only for the following reasons:

  1. If there is a mistake in the products sent (when the product has been incorrectly shipped by www.metodoeisi.com 's warehouse), keeping the original packaging and showing no signs of damage or use.
  2. If any of the products spilled or broke during delivery. This will apply only to purchases made through the website.

To validate the return, in either of the two situations described above, the user must contact www.metodoeisi.com via email at contacto@metodoeisi.com , where there is a commitment to respond within three business days. In this case, the following information must be provided:

  • Order number.
  • Date the product was purchased or received.
  • State the reason for the return.
  • If the product arrived broken or its contents spilled, it is necessary to send photographs of the product at the moment of receipt showing the issue so that a replacement can be made and a claim submitted to the courier. Without this evidence, the product cannot be replaced.

Any product return must be subject to a formal agreement between the buyer and www.metodoeisi.com .
