What are family emotional inheritances?
We are not as free as we think; we are conditioned by the unconscious repetition of emotional patterns and behaviors from our ancestors, both the good and the not so good. The good doesn’t cause conflict, but the not so good does, and it’s usually related to hidden or confusing situations. These can trigger unwanted responses such as anger, fear, submission, sadness, and lead to repetitive physical symptoms. The descendant of an ancestor who has suffered traumas, and whose traumas were not addressed, will carry the weight of that unresolved issue.
We can end and break those mandates, those inheritances, by understanding the emotional connections and bonds within the family system of our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and managing them in the present. This will allow us to choose how we want to live and be, free from the inherited conditioning of the family clan.
Here’s an example: A grandmother or great-grandmother who was sexually abused can transmit the effects of her emotional "trauma," and perhaps even her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will carry the echo of a certain rejection of sex, or a deep hatred or distrust toward men, or a sense of disillusionment or pessimism that never fully takes shape.
In the family unconscious reside all the silent experiences, the unspoken ones, that can signify a taboo, such as secrets, infidelity, abortions, fraud, suicides, mental health issues, abuse, murders, unacknowledged children, deaths, etc. And those unresolved experiences will repeat in the following generations until someone in the family clan decides to resolve them and bring the unconscious to consciousness.
This emotional inheritance can also manifest through physical symptoms, such as infertility, among others, taking the previous example.

Each one of us has a lot—so much—to learn from our ancestors. Those emotional inheritances we’ve received are much broader than we can imagine. Has it ever happened to you that when you hear the story of one of your ancestors, you feel pain and don’t understand or know why?
Perhaps it’s time to understand what your “role” is in the family, and by doing so, choose to change your paradigm and the family’s paradigm. All the information we can gather from our ancestors is very valuable for understanding where we come from and who those people were that we never met, and perhaps we carry the information, energy, vibration, and resonance of their unresolved experiences. It is a beautiful path full of learning, awareness of unity, and great freedom.
The goal is to understand that, as unique and unrepeatable beings, we have the right to live free from unconscious emotional burdens, to release those burdens with compassion and understanding, without judgments, guilt, or victimhood, and to become masters of our own existence. We are the creators of our reality.

Bio sketch of Mirko:
I am a son, brother, husband, and father. Many years ago, I began researching the function of the mind and emotional management, and I found a wonderful path that perfectly connects the "why" of physical and emotional symptoms, biodescodification, and the analysis of the family tree (transgenerational). For the past 10 years, as a therapist and consultant, I have been fully dedicated to offering consultations, workshops, and conferences.
What is biodecoding?
Biodescodification or biological decoding is a form of humanistic and holistic therapy. It is a proposal from alternative and complementary medicine that seeks to find the origin of symptoms ("diseases"), their emotional meaning, and from there, the way to heal.
Biodescodification does not replace other types of therapies or treatments, but rather complements them. True healing comes from the complete communion between body and soul.
Every symptom is an unresolved memory.
Truth without love hurts, truth with love heals.
