6. Means and Procedure to Exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO Rights)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The form must be duly completed and accompanied by the documentation specified therein to verify your identity, along with any other documentation required according to the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once we have received your request, if the information you provided through your request is incorrect or insufficient, or if you did not provide the necessary documentation, the Customer Service Department of Metodoeisi will have a period of 5 (five) business days to request any additional information or documents required to process your request. In this case, Metodoeisi will send the request to the email address you specified in the request. You will have a period of 5 (five) business days, starting from the day after you receive the request from Metodoeisi, to comply with the request. If the Customer Service Department of Metodoeisi does not receive your response within the established time frame for compliance with the request, it will be understood that the request has not been submitted, and Metodoeisi will not be obligated to process it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer Service Department of Metodoeisi will have a period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date it received your request or from the date you complied with the request from Metodoeisi, as applicable, to respond to the request. The response to your request will be sent to the email address you specified in the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event that your request is accepted, the Customer Service Department of Metodoeisi will have a period of 15 (fifteen) business days to fulfill the request. If the request involves the reproduction of personal data requested, Metodoeisi will provide an electronic copy of the data, which will be sent to the email address you specified in the request. Alternatively, Metodoeisi will provide a physical copy of the data, which you may pick up at the Metodoeisi address indicated in this Privacy Notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the cases permitted by law, the Customer Service Department of Metodoeisi may refuse to exercise the ARCO rights. In the event of refusal, the Customer Service Department will inform you of the reasons for the refusal via an email sent to the email address you specified in the request. If the refusal is partial, the Customer Service Department of Metodoeisi will process the ARCO rights that apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer Service Department of Metodoeisi may extend, only once, the deadlines outlined in this Privacy Notice, in which case, it must notify you of such extension before the deadlines established in this Privacy Notice expire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Methods and Procedure to revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can revoke the consent that you have granted us, if applicable, for the processing of your personal data.
